Our wellbeing classes and services allow time and space for you to switch off from the
outside world and allow the opportunity for both relaxation and building resilience and
strength, to keep you moving.
Plus, each service is linked to a clinical team, so you can be sure your wellbeing class is safe
and beneficial to your recovery or health journey.

with a beautiful Yin practice and build strength in powerful Hatha poses.
With matwork pilates classes, we can accommodate all physical levels to build your body strength and confidence, in our welcoming, well equipped studio.
Receive accurate body composition and fluid balance index (L-Dex) data, using our holistic SOZO Bioimpedance Body Scanner – check-in on your health and prevent illness.
Our skilled massage therapists use a hands-on approach to release tension and alleviate
muscle pain. We recommend enjoying massage alongside our other wellbeing services.
Consult with our physiotherapy team to develop a plan
to manage your physical health, engage in community
or home exercise and better manage any chronic
illnesses. We combine hands on care with exercise
plans to help you stay well.

Led by a wellbeing instructor, you will be guided through a selection of poses and breathing
techniques designed to reduce stress and build strength.
People of all ages, genders and abilities thrive in our restorative classes, with instructors offering pose options at various levels, allowing you to adapt your practice to suit the limits of your body.
