Wellbeing is a state of comfort and happiness both physically and emotionally.
We believe that movement and fitness does not have to all be heavy lifting to be beneficial.
Our wellbeing classes and services allow time and space for you to switch off from the
outside world and allow the opportunity for both relaxation and building resilience and
strength, to keep you moving.
Plus each service is linked to a clinical team, so you can be sure your wellbeing class is safe
and beneficial to your recovery or health journey.

Our wellbeing services
Yoga

Uniting the body and mind, we will help you unravel through gentle flow yoga, slow down
with a beautiful Yin practice and build strength in powerful Hatha poses.

Pilates

With both Reformer and matwork pilates classes, we can accommodate all physical levels to
build your body strength and confidence, in our welcoming, well equipped studio.

Body composition and Lymphoedema scans

Receive accurate body composition and fluid balance index (L-Dex) data, using our holistic SOZO Bioimpedance Body Scanner – check-in on your health and prevent illness.

Massage

Our skilled massage therapists use a hands-on approach to release tension and alleviate
muscle pain. We recommend enjoying massage alongside our other wellbeing services.

Our yoga and pilates classes bring many aspects of your rehabilitation and wellbeing together.

Wellness at TRP: What to expect

Our wellness centre forges small and supportive communities. 

We offer a selection of classes from yoga and pilates to meditation and mobility programmes, as well as wellbeing services such as body scanning and massage.

Led by a wellbeing instructor, you will be guided through a selection of poses and breathing
techniques designed to reduce stress and build strength.

People of all ages, genders and abilities thrive in our restorative classes, with instructors offering pose options at various levels, allowing you to adapt your practice to suit the limits of your body.
