An eight-week balance exercise and education program aimed at improving your strength,
confidence and balance reactions.
Our one-hour sessions include targeted balance and reaction exercises, alongside insightful education on health and environmental factors that affect balance.
Our physiotherapists use their expertise in neurological, vestibular and musculoskeletal physiotherapy to craft a holistic balance program addressing real-world challenges.

We also offer ongoing GLA:D classes for those that feel the benefit of attending supervised

A 50-minute class to regain strength after pregnancy, in a supported environment under the guidance of a Physiotherapist.
This class uses reformers, bands, weights, exercise circles and balls to improve strength stability, endurance and pelvic floor control.
